Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.

Domestic Shipping (USA) We ship to all 50 US states. Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days after processing.

International Shipping We ship internationally. Delivery times vary by destination (typically 7–21 business days). Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country.

Shipping Costs Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Lost or Damaged Packages If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date with your order number and photos (if applicable). We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
